I used to live one block down, on Mars, which made for a good "I'm a non resident alien and I live on Mars" line. I'm so glad that I lived that block away. I don't think I would have wanted to live on Uranus. Perhaps it's the memory of too many Star Trek "cling on" jokes that prejudice me against it, but if I had live there I would have proudly pronounced it as ur-ANUS. I've heard some of the locals say UR-anus which sounds more like UR-inus and I think it's twaddle. Be proud of ur-ANUS.
